If someone were to ask if I had ever been to prison, I would quickly respond absolutely not! I would possibly share the story of a family member that I knew who had been incarcerated. However, I later realized that although I have never done time in a literal prison system, I have done my share of time in the penitentiary of fear and the institution of insecurity which often detoured to procrastination lane. You see, I know what it’s like for years to have your voice stifled, and purpose stalled. For years I was afraid to show up for God’s assignment and calling on my life. Until one day, I used the keys I had been given to experience true freedom! I now coach, equip and empower women to enjoy Real Life Outside their Box. What are you waiting for? My freedom resulted in embracing my calling as a communicator, coach and author to come alongside women and teams to provide strategies equipping and empowering them to experience real life beyond their box of limitations, live above the noise and lead well! Today, Deborah lives in “Rich Fulfillment” as she adds value to countless women and teams in faith-based, government and corporate organizations, providing strategies to push past limiting beliefs, communicate to connect, listen for the lessons fear offers to lead well, love authentically and live all in “in purpose – on purpose”. Deborah is a certified John Maxwell coach, speaker and trainer and has 30+ years in working with Faith-based organizations, government and non-profit. In addition, she is the CEO of a non-profit for women and certified life, leadership and mindset coach. Deborah enjoys spending time with the love of her life, Roger of 29 years and proud mom of two young adults, family and friends. She finds relaxation with a good cup of herbal tea or green smoothie, reading books, learning, and a great action movie.
